Terms of Service

Services are provided by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] (“Alcove Systems”, “we”). By purchasing or engaging us, you agree to these terms together with any written proposal we both approve. Where a signed proposal and these terms conflict, the proposal controls.

• Fixed-scope offers — AI Clarity Session ($125, one-time), Website Audit ($199), and AI Workflow Audit ($750). Purchased directly at checkout with the deliverables listed on the offer card.
• Monthly Coaching — $400 per month, recurring until cancelled.
• Custom projects — websites, booking systems, AI workflow builds, and illustration. Quoted individually and invoiced after an approved scope.

Deliverables depend on timely access to the information, accounts, and feedback we request. Delays in providing them extend delivery timelines accordingly. You confirm you have the right to share any content, credentials, or brand assets you give us.

Sessions rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice, one free reschedule. notice are moved at no charge. Missed sessions without notice may be treated as delivered.

On full payment, you own the final deliverables produced for you. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, templates, and methods, and may describe the engagement in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Some deliverables are produced with AI-assisted workflows. We review output before delivery, but recommendations are advisory: you remain responsible for business, legal, financial, and compliance decisions you make from them.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
