Payment Terms

All card payments are handled by Stripe on secure, PCI-compliant infrastructure. Card, debit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted where available. Alcove Systems never stores your card details.

The AI Clarity Session ($125, one-time), Website Audit ($199), and AI Workflow Audit ($750) are paid in full at checkout. Delivery starts once your intake details are received.

$400 per month, charged automatically on the same date each month until cancelled. Manage your card, invoices, or cancellation from the billing page. See the refund and cancellation policy for what happens after you cancel.

• We agree a written scope and proposal before any invoice is issued.
• A 50% deposit reserves your place in the schedule and starts the work.
• The remaining 50% is due on delivery, before final files or access are handed over.
• Monthly retainers (such as the Alcove Booking Engine) are billed in advance each month.

Work outside the approved scope is quoted separately and only starts once you approve it in writing.
