Who we are
This website is operated by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], trading as Alcove Systems, at [BUSINESS MAILING ADDRESS]. Tax registration: [TAX / EIN REGISTRATION NUMBER].
Information we collect
- Inquiry details. Name, email address, the service you selected, an optional budget range, and the project description you write.
- Purchase details. When you buy, Stripe collects your name, email, billing address, and payment details. Alcove Systems stores only the purchase record — product, amount, status, and the Stripe identifiers. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Onboarding intake. Business name, website URL, goals, workflow descriptions, tools, and scheduling preferences you submit after a purchase.
- Technical data. Standard server and hosting logs generated when your browser requests a page.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, deliver the service you purchased, issue receipts and invoices, manage subscriptions, and keep required financial records. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising profiling.
Who processes your data
- Stripe — payment processing, receipts, and the billing portal.
- Our hosting and database provider — website delivery and secure record storage.
- Our transactional email provider — inquiry and purchase notifications.
- Additional processors: ANY OTHER TOOLS YOU USE.
Retention
Inquiry and intake records are retained for RETENTION PERIOD — E.G. 24 MONTHS. Financial records are retained as long as tax and accounting rules require.
